Playground packages for contractors and landscape teams in Spain

For a contractor, a playground is an interface between equipment, civil works and landscape delivery. Defining those interfaces early reduces last-minute changes on site.

Define the boundary between supply and site works

Mark equipment positions, finished ground levels, drainage routes and access on the project drawings. Confirm who prepares foundations, who provides impact-attenuating surfacing and who carries out final assembly. The quotation should identify each responsibility.

A concrete base or finished rubber surface should not be ordered from an approximate catalogue footprint. The selected equipment and its installation information must inform the site work.

Keep the equipment schedule traceable

Use model references and agreed specifications in the bill of quantities. Include the relevant material descriptions, intended ages and available technical documentation. Product appearance may illustrate a proposal, but the agreed schedule defines what is supplied.

Where a tender requests certificates or third-party documentation, send the exact requirement during the enquiry. The documents must relate to the proposed models and scope; a general brand statement does not replace project documentation.

Coordinate freight, access and the installation sequence

Provide delivery access dimensions, unloading arrangements, site storage conditions and a contact responsible for handover. For phased developments, indicate which areas will remain active while assembly takes place.

Transport and installation conditions depend on the destination and order scope. Request a breakdown that allows equipment, logistics and site works to be evaluated consistently across bids.

Send a brief that the design and site teams can share

A site plan, municipality, quantities, age groups, budget range and target handover period give us a starting point. Highlight fixed constraints before alternatives are prepared. We can then coordinate a proposal that fits the landscape concept and the construction programme.
